Article 1 (Purpose)

Rydis Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Company") establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy in accordance with the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, the Personal Information Protection Act, and other applicable laws, in order to protect users' personal information and to handle any related grievances promptly and smoothly.

Article 2 (Items Collected and Collection Methods)

The Company collects personal information for the following purposes.

The Company does not, as a rule, collect personal information from children under the age of 14.

Article 3 (Use of Personal Information)

Collected personal information is not used for any purpose other than those stated below. If purposes change, separate consent will be obtained.

  • Processing business inquiries and partnership proposals
  • Providing consultation and information related to services
  • Verifying compliance with laws and terms of service

Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)

The Company does not, as a rule, provide users' personal information to outside parties. Exceptions include:

  • When the user has given prior consent
  • When required by law or by an investigative agency following legally prescribed procedures

Article 5 (Consignment of Personal Information Processing)

The Company does not currently consign personal information processing to outside parties. If a consignment contract is entered into in the future, the Company will disclose the details through this Privacy Policy in accordance with Article 26 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

Article 6 (Retention and Use Period of Personal Information)

Once the purpose of collecting and using personal information has been achieved, the Company will promptly destroy the information.

  • Reason for Destruction: Completion of consultation purpose or deletion request by the data subject
  • Method of Destruction: Electronic files are permanently deleted in a manner that prevents recovery
  • Exception: Retained for the applicable period if required by relevant laws

Article 7 (Rights of Users and Legal Representatives)

Users may exercise the following rights regarding their personal information at any time.

  • Right to access personal information
  • Right to request correction of errors
  • Right to request deletion
  • Right to request suspension of processing

These rights may be exercised by contacting the Privacy Officer below. The Company will take action without delay.

Article 8 (Automated Personal Information Collection Devices)

The Company does not currently operate automated personal information collection devices such as cookies. If cookies are introduced in the future, users will be notified in advance through this policy.

Article 9 (Measures to Ensure the Safety of Personal Information)

In accordance with Article 29 of the Personal Information Protection Act, the Company takes the following measures to ensure safety.

  • Minimizing the number of employees handling personal information and conducting internal training
  • Controlling access to personal information and restricting access rights
  • Installing security programs and regularly updating and inspecting them

Article 11 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)

This Privacy Policy is effective from June 27, 2026. Any additions, deletions, or corrections will be announced on the website at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the changes.
